Low Season:      R800.00 per unit per night

High Season:     R1350.00 per unit per night (Long weekends, All school holidays excl. December)

 

Peak Season:     R1850.00 per unit per night (December school holidays)

 

Other costs:

• A once-off cleaning fee of R650.00 is charged with every booking for arrival & departure service & linen service

• A refundable damage deposit of R500 is charged with each booking, which will be refunded within 48hrs of departure should all be in order in the unit.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations >12 weeks from occupation date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations 8-12 weeks from occupation date, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations 4-7 weeks from occupation date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations 0 -3 weeks from occupation date, 0% of the deposit will be refunded
